VOSSForm 100

With the VOSSForm 100 tube forming machine, the VOSS Form ^SQR tube contour is easily and safely formed directly on the tube. 

By inserting the tube end up to the internal stop plate and the shaping tool contour, a consistent forming result is always achieved. Many ingenious details on the VOSSForm 100 machine ensure that errors do not even occur before and during the forming process. For example, the forming and tube clamping process is monitored by sensors, operating errors are prevented by intelligent operating buttons and all tools are clearly marked to minimize the risk of mix-ups. Of course, the necessary forming pressure of the VOSSForm 100 automatically adjusts itself to the required force and after forming, the machine automatically returns to the insertion position. This, combined with short cycle times of 7 to 15 seconds, significantly reduces process times, particularly in series production, making the system a cost-effective alternative to other tube connection technologies. 

Due to our proximity to series production in a wide range of industries, our engineers have designed the VOSSForm 100 tube forming machine as a complete workstation. There is an additional 230 V socket at the rear of the machine and an integrated magazine, making it quick and easy to change tools. A cable rewind option, a reversible pole plug and wear monitoring are also part of the basic equipment of the superior VOSSForm 100.
