Quick connect system 230
In addition to the selection of the suitable material and the correct treatment of the tubes, the selection of the correct connector and connection systems and their correct assembly are decisive for the functional reliability of nylon tubes in compressed air systems. The VOSS quick connect system 230 has been providing a proven solution to these requirements for decades.
Four parts for a secure connection
The VOSS quick connect system 230 consists of four parts. The nut is screwed into the unit’s hole, into which the spring element and the retaining clamp have previously been inserted. The retaining groove of the plug engages in the retaining clip during the connecting operation. The connection is therefore securely inserted. A red O-ring is used for visual plug-in control.
The system is available in various materials and sizes. In addition to plugs in many different shapes, the catalog program also includes couplings, manifolds, valves, test points, bulkhead plates and the necessary tools.
