Quick connect system 203 N
The VOSS quick connect system 203 N enables a fast and safe assembly of nylon tubes in pneumatic spring systems. Compared to the standard system 203 made of brass, it offers a plug body made of aluminum and simplified handling.
The optimized classic for air suspension
The VOSS quick connect system 203 is the standard connection in pneumatic spring systems, in which it is important above all to have good tightness and low demands on assembly space. With VOSS quick connect system 203N we have optimized the classic.
Using aluminum offers two key benefits: it further reduces the weight and provides enhanced corrosion protection for the system.
The handling of the new system during assembly is particularly simple. The tube holding element can rotate freely in the axial direction and is captive. An assembly plug for securing the system components is no longer required.
When paired with the connection hole, the system enhances safety and simultaneously minimizes installation space. The tube stop for the nylon tube is integrated into the subassembly, and the connection hole can be made shorter. At the same time, the connecting hole is compatible with the standard system 203.
