The couplings of the VOSS quick connect systems 270 and 270^DL enable a fast and secure connection of coolant lines, in the thermal management of electric vehicles and in energy storage systems.

Thermal management systems require safety, space-saving design and simple handling in connection technology. The VOSS quick connect system 270 offers just that as a coupling for male connections, e.g. on filigree cooling plates for battery systems.

During the production of the connection, a visual and haptic indication ensures that the coupling snaps in behind the collar of the connecting profile. The quick connect system 270^DL version offers as an extra feature a secondary lock (double lock) for additional security.
