Quick connect system 246 ^NX electrically heated

In vehicles and mobile machines, space for units, lines, and connections is always limited. This is particularly challenging for SCR line systems, which extend from the AdBlue® tank to the exhaust gas injection point and require heating. A compact quick-connect system, with minimal space required for both the plug and the connecting profile, is therefore highly advantageous.

Thawing performance in the smallest space

With the heating wire routing optimized for thawing performance, the VOSS quick connect system 246^NX ensures a safe and efficient thawing of AdBlue^® line systems and ensures tidy spaces with the system-specific connecting profile developed by VOSS. The system is suitable for 12 and 24 volt systems and for PWM control. An integration of temperature and quality sensors is also possible.

The quick connect system also performs the same function in fuel cell and water injection systems.
