With the 241 quick connect system, VOSS has been offering a proven solution for connections according to SAE J2044 for many years. We serve customers who have adjusted to this standard for the connection of fuel, SCR and thermal management lines.

Fast and secure connection according to SAE J2044

The range of quick connect systems 241 includes plastic couplings of various sizes and shapes, also with a flow stop. Assembly and disassembly are extremely simple: the coupling is plugged into the male connector to the limit stop. The retaining clip snaps into place behind the collar of the male connector. After manual withdrawal of the coupling, the connection is locked. For disassembly, the coupling is moved in the push-in direction. The retaining clip can be pressed together, and the coupling can be removed.

A version with an alternative opening mechanism is offered by the VOSS quick connect system 241N.
