For reliable and economical pre-assembly of your cutting ring connections

Our manual pre-assembly connectors for manual use in a vice and pre-assembly connectors for VOSS pre-assembly devices are available in two versions: a basic version made of hardened steel and a version made of high-strength, high-performance steel. 

Wear-resistant manual pre-assembly sockets made of hardened steel are particularly suitable for individual manual assembly when a cutting ring needs to be fitted on a construction site or during maintenance work. With this wear-resistant tool, a connection can be made manually without wearing out the actual union. 

Manual pre-assembly connectors made of high-strength, high-performance steel do not need to be monitored using taper plug gauges. This eliminates the need for inspection intervals. In addition, the service life is many times longer than that of the basic version made of wear-resistant steel. When the limit of use is reached, the pre-assembly connector breaks at the front so that the operator must replace it. This prevents 100% of errors in the pre-assembly process caused by widened or cracked tools.
