VOSSPlug is a patented plug-in system for high-pressure applications, which offers a number of advantages, making it a particularly economical solution for original equipment. Installation is extremely simple and only takes a few seconds. In addition to the high time saving, which is around 30 seconds compared to screwed connections, VOSSPlug is also particularly space-saving. VOSSPlug does not require any additional assembly tools and can simply be inserted manually, especially where installation space is limited, which makes torque assembly using a wrench difficult. This prevents the hose line from twisting in the first place, which ensures that the hose line runs smoothly and without tension. This significantly extends the service life of your hose line, especially with changing pressure loads.
VOSSPlug is designed so that all components are captive on the plug. The system consists of two wedge gate valves, a retaining element and a sealing element. Between the nozzle and the wedge gate valve there is a special snap ring as a retaining element and an O-ring and a support ring as a sealing package. Due to the patented wedge slide lock, VOSSPlug achieves plug-in security even with a high-pressure load capacity of up to 400 bar: The special snap ring automatically assumes its retaining position due to the active locking mechanism, which is clearly visible from the outside. In this position, the retaining ring is fully clamped (360°). Absolute safety is also guaranteed when the system is disconnected. It is not possible to accidentally unlock the VOSSPlug System when the line is pressurized. Only when the plug is moved approx. 3 mm against the direction of pressure can the retaining ring assume its opening position and the plug system be released. No special tools are required: a simple screwdriver is all you need to unlock the door.
VOSSPlug is available in two versions: as an integrated plug-in version and as a plug-in version with adapter socket. With the integrated version, corresponding shaped holes are provided on the client side in the connection area of the system. With this solution, the adapter socket can be completely omitted, and no further components need to be fitted on the contact side of the client.

Efficient in the tightest of spaces
VOSSPlug can be installed and removed in a particularly space-saving manner. Classic screw fittings require a large radial installation space to attach the open-end wrench, which is particularly cumbersome and time-consuming when carrying out maintenance work. Adjacent tubes often have to be dismantled before the actual connection point is reached. This is not the case with VOSS Plug!
Plug-in safe with high pressure resistance
The VOSSPlug System consists of two wedge gate valves, a retaining element and a sealing element.
