Fuel lines

Depending on the system, VOSS low-pressure fuel lines connect to the tank, the pump, the filter, the rail and the engine as well as the diesel engine to the tank as leak-off rails. Equipped with the appropriate connection technology, valves and other components, they become tailor-made solutions for mobile and stationary fuel systems.

Individual solutions for the low-pressure fuel system

VOSS offers a wide range of line materials, quick connect systems and other components to meet customer requirements. The result is mechanically loadable, thermally insensitive line assembly for fuel systems in lorries, buses, cars, agricultural and construction machinery and other applications - for example, for diesel, biodiesel, gasoline and ethanol.

We advise on fuel line routing and on the selection of connections. We identify possible solutions and develop optimization proposals for existing systems to reduce costs, save construction height, components and weight, and eliminate assembly or continuous load-bearing problems.

Quick connect system 246 ^AX

In the quick connect system 246 product family, the 246 ^AX quick connect system is next to the 246 ^DS (Double Seal) as a metal version for even greater safety. The system also meets the highest requirements for handling during assembly and disassembly and for suitability for tight installation spaces.

Quick connect system 246^DS

"DS" stands for Double Seal. The VOSS quick connect system 246^DS is different from the 246^AX version, with two O-rings to make it ideal for use with hydrogen, gasoline and ethanol media. Together, both have increased safety and media resistance due to the use of metal and the simple handling in assembly and disassembly as well as the outstanding suitability for tight assembly spaces.
