Double-injection SCR lines
In order to meet the most stringent exhaust emission standards, it may be necessary for AdBlue ® to be injected into the exhaust gas system at various points. For electrically heated lines, VOSS offers T-manifolds as a standard solution for branching the AdBlue ® line. For more flexibility in system layout and assembly, VOSS has developed the quick connect system 301EFSM, which combines the function of splitting the AdBlue ® into two lines and functioning as an intersection, including the electrical connection. For the cooling water heating of double-injection SCR systems, VOSS develops individually tailored ready-to-install solutions.

With T-manifolds and the 301 EFSM quick connect system, we ensure that the most efficient heating performance is available even in electrically heated double injection lines. Optimized heating wire routing and measures to prevent heat loss are once again implemented in a sophisticated manner.
With our ready-to-install double-injection lines, we offer individual solutions for every SCR system layout, with both electric and cooling water heating.
