Cooling water heated SCR lines
If the engine cooling circuit is used to heat the SCR system, the coolant lines must be permanently fixed leak-tight to the AdBlue ® line and quick connections so that frozen AdBlue ® defrosts quickly and safely. This is guaranteed process-safe by the VOSS line systems.

We always coordinate cooling water-heated SCR lines with the respective system layout in relation to the project. The line routing and the connections to the AdBlue ® and the engine cooling circuit are jointly optimized. We select the best combination of line materials and connection systems from the kit and achieve the best heating performance for safe and efficient thawing of the AdBlue ®.
For cooling water-heated lines we mainly use the VOSS quick connect systems 241N and 246NX in combination with hoses and curved or free-fitting plain and corrugated tubes. One of VOSS’ specialist areas is cooling water-heated line systems for double injection with corresponding manifold solutions.
