Precisely check the gauge retention
The tool for regularly checking preassembly tools and ensuring their quality. The VOSS preassembly nipples in the basic version for cutting ring assembly have tighter tolerances than normal threaded nipples and are also wear-resistant. However, checks are also necessary here: The inner cone of the threaded connection piece must be visually checked for damage and gauge accuracy at least every 50 preassemblies. The VOSS cone gauges are ideally matched to this, either individually or as a complete set for all sizes.
