Auxiliary lines
In addition to the brake, there are several other functions in commercial vehicles which are controlled by the air brake system. These include the air suspension, clutch control line, car suspension, air-suspended driver seats and the air horn. To fulfill the respective functions, the line system and the connections must be secure and tight, and the assembly must be simple and fast.

VOSS develops and manufactures flexibly adapted line systems and components that set market standards for the different requirements of the auxiliary’s groups. With decades of experience, VOSS can offer optimized tailoring of tubes, quick connect systems, multi connectors and manifolds for every application. The service also includes system design and simulation, vehicle analysis and optimization.
Just like in the brake system, VOSS uses its 232 quick connect system, the worldwide standard for highest safety and tightness in the air brake of commercial vehicles, as a standard connecting element. The quick connect systems 203 and 203 N are available for smaller dimensions

Typical applications
