The transition to S/4HANA marks a milestone in VOSS’s IT and process landscape. Over a period of two years, more than 200 employees worldwide worked on its implementation. The challenge was to coordinate different time zones, cultural differences, and country-specific regulations. At the same time, financial and controlling processes were specifically optimized and seamlessly linked with logistical workflows to enable even more efficient management. A particular focus was placed on data migration: decades of data had to be analyzed, cleansed, and transferred to the new system – a task that was mastered with the highest precision.
