Our location is idyllically situated in Extertal, one of the most beautiful areas in the district of Lippe. The valley stretches for around 30 kilometers between forest slopes, wide mountain meadows and picturesque places and connects Lippe with the Weserbergland. Away from the hustle and bustle of traffic, a healthy and environmentally friendly environment awaits you, which will delight hikers and nature lovers alike.
Family friendly
The town of 11,000 inhabitants offers an excellent education and childcare infrastructure for families. With five daycare centers, an elementary school as an open all-day school and a secondary school, all the important facilities are on site to provide children with the best possible support on their educational path.
Good traffic connections
The nearby train stations in Rinteln and Lemgo are easy to reach with a well-developed bus service. For motorists, the A2 Hanover-Dortmund motorway is in the immediate vicinity, with the Bad Eilsen exit, making Extertal quick and easy to reach.

As a leading supplier to the automotive, electrical, furniture, medical and consumer goods industries, we develop and design high-quality tools. Our range includes complete solutions for standard injection molds, multi-component molds, precision molds and boring tools - all from a single source.

Wipperfürth
The heart of our company is in Wipperfürth in North Rhine-Westphalia. This is where Hans Hermann Voss joined his father's dashboard factory in 1953 and, over time, built it into the international VOSS group. The company is still based here today. Every day we coordinate our international business and work on research and development of future technologies.
Wipperfürth, the oldest town in the Bergisches Land region, has a population of 21,000 and boasts 14 nurseries and more than 6 schools.
Aachen
Not least because of the RWTH university, Aachen is one of the most important innovation locations in Germany and thus the perfect place for our corporate startup VOSS healthcare. We're based near to the RWTH, surrounded by other tech companies and start-ups. That's where we developed the “ello”, an electric walking aid that makes life easier for older persons.
The Hans Hermann Voss Foundation also operates in Aachen. As a strategic partner of RWTH, we have been supporting innovative research and development projects since 2020.
Gründau
Since 2020, the small town of Gründau in Hessen has housed VOSS Automotive Valves and Actuators, our competence center for valve technology in the field of thermal management. Here we create function-integrated systems in the field of battery temperature control for electric and hybrid vehicles, especially according to customer requirements.
With around 250 employees, located 40 kilometers east of Frankfurt, we cover the entire process chain: from the first idea, through product development to assembly of the modules. In mid-2021, we were able to expand the site with a multi-story production hall for series production.
